being. Great Oaks aromatic-thermal pad contains 100% all natural ingredients, is non-polluting, nonirritating and can be used repeatedly. The product is a microwave heated pad that can maintain long
periods of heat. Used to reduce muscle sores and pain，aid with blood circulation, reduce stress and
help with calming and sleeping. The rectangular shape takes the form of the body for efficiency and
can be used on different areas. This product is a perfect combination of moist heat therapy and
aromatherapy.
This pad has been tested, used and recommended by most Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist,

Ingredients:
lavender and specially treated natural grains
Symptoms:
cervical; cold hand and feet; feet pain; lower back pain; menstrual cramps; neck pain; overwork—
stress; shivers, colds, flu symptoms; shoulder pain; stomach aches; upper back pain; swelling;
insomnia.etc;
Instructions:
1:Before placing pad in microwave, fold in three parts to reduce length and width.
2.Place in the centre of microwave turning plate
3.Heat to three minutes, make sure pad is turning along with microwave plate so that pad is not in
contact with microwave walls
4.Remove after three minutes and test heat on an adult’s skin, if heat is not to desire, reheat an
additional one minute until product is heated to desire。After 4 minutes of heating, and heat is not to
desire only reheat on thirty second intervals
Warning:
1.After heating and before applying to the needed area, always test the temperature on a healthy adult.
If pad feels too hot, please wrap in towel before use.
4. Do not succeed 30 minutes on one area of treatment in order to prevent low temperature burns.
3. If you suffer of diabetes or any other illness, please consult a physician before using.
5. If you are sensitive to aromatherapy or have a possibility of pregnancy please use fragrance free
product.
6. This product is not a toy, Children must use under supervision of an adult. Children must be over
3-years-old.

7. Do not ingest any inner materials. If ingested,contact physician immediately.
8. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Start temperature do not exceed 60 ℃. Over heating may cause accidental flames
damaging property.
9. Regularly supervise product when placed in microwave. Make sure product does not touch perimeter of
microwave when heating.
10. Once product cools down, but still warm if need heating up, place it back in microwave for two
minutes.
How to choose products:
Use size of microwave in relation to size of pad. For all cotton covered pads,
microwave plate must be 32cm+. For all polyester covered pads, microwave plate must
be 26cm+. For all microwave plates with diameter less than 26cm please DO NOT USE
with any Great Oaks health products
