End of the Accompanied Site Inspection
Logistics
A coach will pick up attendees from and dropping them off again at the Humber Royal Hotel at
8.30am and 5.50pm, respectively. The coach will follow the timetable above and will not be able to
detour. The Applicant’s representatives will be travelling on/with the coach.
Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:
It is advised that you wear and bring the following:
a) Suitable sturdy footwear for walking on unmade ground;
b) High visibility jacket or vest;
c) Sunscreen and a hat; and
d) Waterproof jacket and trousers.
The Applicant can provide high visibility vests for any attendees that do not have them.
It is not advised that shorts be worn as walking down narrow paths flanked by nettles and brambles
will be necessary to access some sites.
Health, Safety, and Welfare:
Pack lunches and water will be provided for those on the coach.
A first aid kit will be on the coach.
Please be advised that to view some sites attendees will be required to walk up to 1km away from
and back to the coach on dirt tracks and/or unmade ground. Attendees should be of a level of
fitness to enable them to walk those distances, particularly if they wish to view the Landfall (Site 1)
and the Onshore Substation Site (Site 7).
