Directions: Answer the questions or using the number rating system, circle the number you think most accurately describes how well
(or poorly) you accomplished your tasks. Consider 1 to be “not at all,” 3 to be “kinda-sorta” and 5 to be “Oh yeah! They are on
it!” Be honest. I will be checking how you perceive your essay and if you followed the required elements.
Before you begin, make sure that you read the writing prompt question that you responded to so that you understand what the prompt
