I am certified to provide therapy in the state of Utah and in the province of Alberta. I have gained valuable experience as a therapist with St. George LDS Family Services, and many years as a school social worker with various school divisions. In addition to the specialty services listed above I have extensive experience: Working with schools and school aged children and their families Providing referrals and consultation to other community agencies as needed Providing classroom and community presentations on various topics such as bullying, suicide prevention, stress and anxiety, addictions, physical and sexual abuse, and various other mental health related topics Providing parenting workshops on topics such as building resilience, divorce and separation, and dealing with difficult behaviors Creating and managing after school mentoring programs Sessions are usually around an hour in length and I typically will see you between six and twelve times depending on what you are trying to achieve.
