I’m writing to give you a heads up on the Fall Church Conferences.
This year charge conferences will be conducted a little different than previous years.

The Rev. Dr. David V. Calhoun has assigned Elders to help him oversee some of the church conferences. (He personally will
continue to meet with ALL SPRC committees.) Listed below are the churches that can expect a call from an elder.
The Church Conference will follow a new format. I have attached the Instructions for Church Conference Worship. Please
read this ahead of time in preparation for CC.
Church Conference forms will be posted on the district website just as soon as I get the updated forms. Hopefully that will
be completed within the next 2 weeks.
***If your church is NOT listed below next to an Elder’s name then the district superintendent will be conducting your church
conference and you will hear from me regarding your CC date.
