FORAGES: Many of you are feeding hay at this time for livestock due to the dry conditions and damage to hay fields. If you plan to cut/chop corn, millet, or sorghum please test for nitrates. The Fair dates are August 4 – 7 and it is being held at Virginia Motorsports Park in Dinwiddie. Sponsored by VA Dept. of Forestry & Appomattox River SWCD Virginia Cooperative Extension and Appomattox River SWCD will be holding their annual HHW Collection in October again this year. Dinwiddie Extension Field Crop and Forage Field Day DINWIDDIE COUNTY FAIR: Dinwiddie Extension Office will have a big display at the Dinwiddie County Fair this year!!
