Unhappy with response from Infoxchange regarding merged client display on client search
screen.
This needs to be followed up
with Infoxchange to see if
there is a possibility of
revisiting if ‘merged’ client
information can be viewed
from the search screen.
Group re-iterated that issue is coming from S2S users creating duplicate clients in the
first place
Queried if S2S will interface with other databases in the future
CWGPCP needs to update
S2S key contacts lists at
agencies
Ask Infoxchange if they can
have a warning when
creating a client who may be
a duplicate client.
Follow up with mandatory
field requirements in client
details section.

Planning project
S2S in Gippsland
Pat outlined the full project piloted by Breed Street clinic.
Messages were being sent from GP clinics via Argus to LCHS in S2S.
There were a few glitches around attaching to the S2S referral. Amodha assisted with
‘work arounds’ to overcome these issues. 1 client successfully went through the system.
Since the project closed, CWGPCP have met with Breed Street, LCHS and Latrobe City to
continue these referrals and send more clients through the system.
Also looking into expanding into other areas or GP clinics if an expression of interest is
there.
A summit is being organised.
A meeting will be organised with Latrobe City to increase their interagency care planning.
Baw Baw cluster have completed a lot of work in this area with Meredith Davey, having
the protocols and agreements worked out. Now Meredith has completed the project, the
CWGPCP will continue to support these agencies.

SCTT 2012 updates

Issues
Congratulations to Central West Gippsland agencies being leaders in S2S use.
New S2S users are LRH consulting suites, LRH mental health unit and the aboriginal
health service.
The SCTT 2012 and governance structure powerpoint presentation is attached.






Put outcomes on S2S Referrals
S2S referrals sent via ‘fax’ function are not disappearing after 2 months as indicated
they would by Bruce
Investigate if referrals can be sent from region to region over S2S
Eastern Region are on S2S but it is not the same as the S2S that everyone else use.
This is due to the contract Eastern region are under that is why on S2S site is says
Eastern Region and rest of Victoria is the 2 options.
Other issues just around individual user competencies perhaps due to lack of training
or confidence.
