We want to give a shout out to little Ms. Maria Loughran, a recent University of Virginia college graduate! Many of our
long-time customers will remember Maria who started working at Fandangle when she was attending James River High
School. As she moves on to bigger and better things, we'll be watching and proudly say, "We knew her when…."
Speaking of U.Va., we're also saying good bye to Natalie Bruno who will be attending the University of Virginia beginning
this Fall. Natalie began working at the bead shop while attending the Governor's School. My, how time flies.
Congratulations girls--we're so proud of all your hard studies and accomplishments! If these girls aren't inspiration
enough for us all, perhaps this quote will inspire us to stretch outside our comfort boxes:

Here at Fandangle, we're constantly stretching our comfort zones so that we can help you stretch your's. Who doesn't
need to step outside the comfort zone of our busy daily lives, lives which can sometimes catapult out of control and
preclude any sort of beauty, balance or creativity. Perhaps this is one of the reasons we're drawn to our bead boards?
If only for a few minutes, we can step outside our "busy-ness" and instead, take a breath and do something that is
positive, restorative and balancing. When you're ready to step outside your "busy-ness" box and into your creative box,
we'll be here waiting to help you channel your creative juices and to support your creative pursuits. If you need to step up

Classes - Registration & Refund Policy
Our classes are small in size so please register early. To register for classes you may call Fandangle Bead Store
(327.9992) and use a credit card or you may come by the store to register in person. Full payment is required at the time
of registration. Please read our refund/cancellation policy (which is in keeping with other art institutions in our area),
carefully and before registering. We retain our instructors and reserve seats in our classes based on students'
commitment to attend, often turning away other customers who would have liked to participate in our classes, hence our
refund policy:
Refunds are granted ONLY with a 10-day advance cancellation notice.
Please double-check your calendars before registering for a class.
Please be punctual. Classes start on time and you will need the full allotted time to complete your project. If
there is insufficient enrollment three days prior to a scheduled class, Fandangle Bead Store reserves the right to cancel
the class. Classes are open to students l4 years or older. Please, please, please: no cell phones in class!!! If you
absolutely must have your cell phone on, as a courtesy to the instructor and fellow students, turn phone to "vibrate".
FUNdamentals of Basic Beading: A Class for Beginners

Yes, you CAN bead--and yes, it's going to be fun! Basic beading class is our 2-hour introductory beading class designed
for students who have never beaded. It is the perfect class for people who think they're "not creative" (at Fandangle Bead
Store we believe everyone is creative and we'll prove it to you!). In this beginner level class you will learn a simple wirewrapping technique (a must for making your own focal pendants, earrings and charm bracelets), the ABC's of bead
stringing and all the information you need to explore your inner bead diva! Students will complete a simple necklace and
earring ensemble during this 2-hour class. This is a technique class only (ie., not a design class). The $35 fee includes
everything you need for the class. Basic bead classes are our most popular class and tend to fill up 7-10 days ahead of
time, so call to register early if you have a special date in mind. We can also reserve this class as an event for your
special group, ages l5 years and older—call the shop to reserve your special date in advance.
