Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to each of the project designers by choosing fabrics and finishes, putting together construction specifications, editing construction documents in AutoCAD and keeping the entire workspace clean and organized. The firm has a vast variety of clients ranging from apartment developers to individual residences. INTERN, JAMES NOLAN CONSTRUCTION, AUSTIN, TX – SUMMER 2014 Along with 2 fellow interns, measured and drew, digitally, the existing floor plans of two historical preservation projects: Taylor National Bank in Taylor, TX and the Norwood House in Austin. We also took inventory of all the doors and windows existing in the projects and drew details on the ornament to be remade. Individually, I documented the existing conditions of Taylor Bank with photographs and put together the documents to be presented to the Texas Historical Commission.
