True Colors
January 30, 2016, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Maya Angelou said it best, "Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you
do it." So, who are you and are you living your True Colors? True Colors is a metaphor for
understanding human personality. It translates complicated personality, learning style, and
leadership theory into practical information that is easy to understand. This fun and
interactive workshop is designed to help you better understand yourself and others, while
promoting the appreciation of individual difference. Through engaging small group activities,
participants will reflect on personal style, explore ideas with colleagues, and dialogue about
your color spectrum.
Annual Boards of Directors Conference
