TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PRIZE DRAW 1. The “Promoter” is The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 99064) and having its registered office at 55 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0RL. 2. By entering this draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion. 3. This draw is only open to people who follow the Royal London Cricket Twitter account and who are also resident in the UK and also over the age of 18. Only one entry shall be permitted per person. Multiple entries will be discounted. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified. 4. Entrants must not be an employee or contractor of the Promoter or any subsidiary of the Promoter or be in any other way connected with this draw (including relatives of any such person). 5. Entry to the draw is free and there is no requirement to purchase any products from the Promoter. To enter the draw, entrants must enter their details on the competition page at www.royallondoncricket.com and choose a match. 6. The draw shall open to new entries at 4pm on Monday 6th July 2015 and shall close to new entries at the following dates and times: 5pm on Thursday 20th August 2015 for the tickets to the Ageas Bowl Hampshire ODI on Thursday 3rd September 2015; 5pm on Friday 21st August 2015 for the tickets to the Lord’s London ODI on Saturday 5th September 2015; 5pm on Tuesday 25th August 2015 for the tickets to the Old Trafford Manchester ODI on Tuesday 8th September 2015; 5pm on Friday 28th August for the tickets to the Headingley Leeds ODI on Friday 11th September 2015; and 5pm on Friday 28th August 2015 for the tickets to the Old Trafford Manchester ODI on Sunday 13th September 2015. 7. Statistical data collected from the entries submitted may be used in subsequent marketing material by the Promoter but will only be used on an anonymous basis (for the avoidance of doubt, individual entrants and the companies they work for will not be named, subject to clauses 14 and 15). 8. There shall be 20 winners and 20 prizes, each prize being a pair of standard tickets to one of the following Royal London ODI matches: between England and Australia on 3rd September 2015 at Ageas Bowl Hampshire; between England and Australia on 5th September 2015 at Lord’s London; between England and Australia on 8th September 2015 at Old Trafford Manchester; between England and Australia on 11th September 2015 at Headingley Leeds; and between England and Australia on 13th September 2015 at Old Trafford Manchester. The prizes will be subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the ultimate issuer of the prizes. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any costs beyond the initial purchase price of the prizes. 9. The prize draws will take place on the following dates and times: 5pm on Friday 21st August 2015 for the tickets to the Ageas Bowl Hampshire ODI on Thursday 3rd September 2015; 5pm on Monday 24th August 2015 for the tickets to the Lord’s London ODI on Saturday 5th September 2015; 5pm on Wednesday 26th August 2015 for the tickets to the Old Trafford Manchester ODI on Tuesday 8th September 2015; 5pm on Tuesday 1st September for the tickets to the Headingley Leeds ODI on Friday 11th September 2015; and 5pm on Tuesday 1st September 2015 for the tickets to the Old Trafford Manchester ODI on Sunday 13th September 2015. For each match prize draw, the winners will be the first names drawn at random who chose that match on the competition page. The prize draws will take place under the supervision of an independent observer. The full name of the independent observer can be provided upon written request. 10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the competition impossible or impractical, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the draw. In the event of such cancellation, entrants shall be notified within 7 days of cancellation. This notification will be posted on royallondoncricket.com. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever as a result of cancellation of the draw. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the prizes without prior notice to alternative prizes of equal or greater value. No cash alternative shall be available. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize(s) to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 13. The winners will be notified by private email from cricket@royallondon.com no later than 7 days before their relevant matches. The winners will then be asked to provide addresses for the prizes to be sent to. Prizes will only be sent to a valid UK address unless otherwise stated. 14. By accepting the prizes, the winners agree to co-operate with any publicity activity associated with the draw, where reasonably requested by the Promoter, and agree that the Promoter may disclose the winners’ names and counties of residence on the Promoter’s website. 15. The name of the winners of the draw will be available upon written request. Requests should be submitted to Brand Team, Royal London, 55 Gracechurch St, London, EC3V 0RL enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 1 month of the date that the draw took place. 16. Entrants agree that the Promoter may rely on such details as are provided by entrants when entering the draw. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the submission of incorrect personal details by entrants to the draw. 17. Should a court or equivalent authority deem clause 16 to be unenforceable in whole or in part, the liability of the Promoter to each winner shall under no circumstances exceed the cash value of the prize awarded to that winner. 18. The Promoter may use personal details submitted by entrants when entering the draw for the purposes of administering the draw. By entering the draw entrants consent to such use. Entrants’ personal data shall be treated in confidence, processed solely in accordance with UK data protection legislation including, but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 1998 and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the entrants concerned. The Promoter may disclose personal or other data relating to entrants of the competition where permitted or required by law or statute, court or equivalent authority of competent jurisdiction or regulation or where the entrant or entrants concerned have consented. 19.
