Following the Bologna process that aims to integrate education systems in Europe,
Admission the University of Alicante is currently adapting its studies to the European Higher
requirements Education Area. Subjects belonging of the former study plans ("Diplomado" or
for all
"Ingeniero Técnico", "Licenciado" or "Ingeniero") are not offered any more.
Exchanges: Students must be registered in a degree programme of an EMP-AIM
partner/associated Universities, and:
For Bachelor exchanges, have successfully completed 2 semester studies in Bachelor
For Master exchanges have completed Bachelor degree.
For Doctoral exchanges, have completed Master degree.
Good Spanish level is required
(few subjects are taught in English, ask for each case)

N.B. Please note that the participation fee can be claimed from the Coordinator only
if the duration of mobility is 10 months or more. For all other shorter durations the
fees waiver must be applied – the hosting university CAN NOT ask the student to
pay tuition or other participation fees. Fees issues must be dealt within the
