All members of the Leadership Team play a key role in the strategic development of the school, supporting the Principal in creating a long-term vision and in implementing policies and Standard Operating Procedures on a day to day basis. Together, the Leadership Team promotes the school as a highly effective learning community. The core business of the school is learning and teaching and all members of the Leadership Team members are expected to act as role models for classroom practice and discharge their teaching duties effectively. The Leadership Team will explicitly model the behaviours expected of all those young people and adults associated with Hele’s School, and ensure high visibility around the school, both throughout the school day and also at all school events, in and out of school time. *TLR offered for operational aspect of this element Note: This overview will be ‘fine-tuned’ in the summer term once all posts have been filled.
