The Judges decisions is final. 2. Objections must be made in writing together with a £10 deposit within half an hour of the end of the event concerned being judged. If the objection is not upheld the money will be forfeited. 3. No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to Competitors, onlookers or their property, servants, horses or ponies, in connection with this Show. It shall be a condition of entry that each entrant shall indemnify the promoters against any legal action from such accident. 4. The Committee reserve the right to change Judges from one event to another or to substitute Judges without due warning. 5. Classes may be cancelled, amalgamated or divided depending on numbers of entries. 6. The Organisers reserve the right to close all classes at any date if they consider sufficient entries have been received. 7. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Organisers, and will be charged at double normal fee. 8. If for any reason the Show has to be cancelled half the entry fee only will be refunded in no other case will this be returned. 9. Challenge Cups must be signed for by the winners in the secretary’s office before being taken from the ground. 10. Any prizes not presented at the end of the class must be collected before the close of the Show. 11. The wearing of spurs in children’s riding pony, show hunter pony, working hunter pony and M&M working hunter pony and ridden classes is forbidden. 12. All animals entered for this show must hold a current Flu Vaccine certificate, random inspections may be held. 13. All animals may be measured at the Judges’ discretion, unless official J.M.S certificate are produced. 14. Any pony taking part in classes Judged under BSPS rules will be liable to dope testing. 15. In the interests of safety a Horse or Pony, whether ridden or in Hand, should be moved at a walk, except in showing rings or designated exercise areas. Exhibitors disregarding this rule may be asked to leave the showground. Hard hats must be worn at all times when riding anywhere on the showground. 16. Competitors must be ready 15 minutes before the commencement of all timed classes. We regret that due to the tight schedule, it will not be possible to delay any class, while competitors or animals perform in another ring. Every effort will be made by the organizers to run to the approximate times displayed. Entry into any ring late will be at the judge’s discretion. It is expected that exhibitors will enter into the true spirit of this competition and trainers and producers must not enter the ring during the judging process. The Directors reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse an exhibitor’s entry should they be in contravention of this rule in the Directors considered opinion.
