1. Open youngstock – open to all horses/ponies age 3 and under
2. In hand m&m small breed – any age
3. In hand m&m large breed – any age
4. In hand m&m part bred – any age
5. In hand cobs – traditional and hogged, any age
6. In hand coloured – piebald, skewbald, spots, roans, dun – any age
7. In hand veterans – age 16 and over
8. In hand sports horse – any age
9. in hand Arab/part bred Arab – any age
10. In hand thoroughbred pure and part bred– any age
11. In hand foreign breeds – any age
1st place from all in hand classes will go forwards to the in hand championship
at the end of the In Hand classes
RING 2 RIDDEN CLASSES

12. Ridden cobs – age 4 and over
13. Ridden coloured – age 4 and over
14.Ridden 3 yrs – walk and trot show only, for horses turning 4 in the new year
to give your horse some experience in the show ring
15. Ridden sport horse –for 4,5 and 6 yrs
16. Ridden m &m large breed – age 4 and over
17. Ridden m &m small breed – age 4 and over
18. Ridden part Bred m&m – age 4 and over
19. Ridden veteran – for horses or ponies age 16 and over
20. Lead rein – age 10 and under, ponies 13.2 and under ponies to be 4 yrs and
over
21. Ridden novice – based on a horse/rider combination – please enter if you
consider yourself and your horse a true novice at showing! – We are relying on
your honesty! Snaffles only. No Spurs
22. Ridden thoroughbred/part bred tb – age 4 and over
23. Ridden foreign breeds – age 4 and over
24. Ridden Arabs pure and part bred – age 4 and over
25. Ridden hunter horse/pony – class will be judged separately for horses/ponies
and may be split in to two separate classes if entries warrant
26. Pairs class
1st from each of the ridden classes will go forwards to the championship at the
end of the ridden classes
27. Performance to music.
Can be ridden, lead rein or in hand. Music of your choice, no longer than 4
minutes long, dressing up encouraged. Separate prize for this class

Unpaid groom – handler does not need to be turned out – in fact the messier the
handler the more work they have done!! Will be judged on the presentation of
the horse

FANCY DRESS!
All children participating in the fun classes will receive a rosette and a special
gift from santa!
28. Supreme of show – Open to champion and reserve champion from both in
hand and ridden classes. This will be held at the end of the day once all classes
are over. We do understand this is a long day and aim to be running this class at
approx 3pm

Humberstone Farm will accept no liability for accidents or injuries to either
horse or rider. Riders taking part do so at their own risk.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and
safety of everyone attending these events. For these measures to be effective
everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to avoid and
prevent accidents. Instructions given by any Official must be obeyed. A
correctly fitted riding hat (EN1384, ASTM F 1163 or PAS015 or higher) must be
worn at all times by anyone mounted on a horse/pony. Any animal not under
control or in any way constituting a danger may be asked to leave the
showground. Owners enter their horses/ponies at their own risk, and it is a
condition of entry that no liability of any kind attaches itself to Humberstone
Equestrian Centre or the show organisers.
DROPPINGS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SURFACES
THE JUDGES AND ORGANISERS RULING IS FINAL
THE SHOW COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRIES WITHOUT
STATING THE REASON
FASTENED HAT AND CORRECT FOOT WEAR TO BE WORN WHEN RIDING ON
THE SHOW GROUND.
SMART AND CORRECT DRESS TO BE WORN.
NO CLAIM OR CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO IN RESPECT OF ANY
CLAIM ARISING FROM ANY INCIDENT, ACCIDENT OR INJURY TO EITHER
COMPETITORS, SPECTATORS, THEIR PROPERTY, SERVANTS OR HORSES IN
CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE SHOW
NO RUBBISH TO BE LEFT ON THE SHOW GROUND.
NO MUCKING OUT OF LORRIES/TRAILERS ON THE SHOW GROUND.
ALL OBJECTIONS TO BE MADE TO THE SECRETARY IN WRITING AND
ACCOMPANIED BY A £10.00 DEPOSIT. REFUNDABLE IF OBJECTION SUSTAINE
