All purchases must be paid in full on the night of the auction by cash or check.

All items must be removed from California Fruit Wine Company on the night of the event.

Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services.
Unless otherwise stated, all auction certificates must be used within one year of the auction date.

It is the responsibility of the winner to contact the donor after the auction to make arrangements for services, stays,
etc.

GYBSD has made every reasonable effort to describe each item correctly. All items are sold “as is” by Got Your Back
San Diego. The items are sold without warranty, expressed or implied, and without representation by Got Your Back
San Diego as to actual value of an item, either for tax purposes or for general use. According to the Internal Revenue
