2 $500 scholarships for graduating seniors. Must have participated in at least
one high school drama class or one high school or community theatre
production, must submit a 200 word essay and obtain signature from theatre
teacher or a board member of the community theatre. application online at

Seniors that demonstrate a history of civic and community responsibility,
resume of community service, essay of 1000 words on the topic "For those
who have been given much, much will be required" and 2 letters of
recommendation.

The chamber offers 5 scholarships for seniors: Sandy Sanderson and Laurie
Lange scholarships are for students who are involved in community service
and the John Ebner scholarship is for seniors who are interested in a medical
career, Culinary Arts Scholarship is for seniors who plan to pursue a career in
culinary arts, and Agriculture/wild Game Management Scholarship is for
seniors who plan to pursue a career in ag/wild game management. Please
refer to the application for the entire eligibility requirements. Application is
available online at www.boerne.org , CHS guidance webpage under
scholarships or a paper application is available in the counseling office.

AUDITORIUM FROM 6:00 UNTIL 8:00 PM. OVER 100 COLLEGE
ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE AVAILABLE
Graduating senior who plans to attend either a college or technical training.
Must write a 500-1,000 word essay on "Government's Responsibility to Its
Citizens; How Far Should It Go?" This essay must be submitted
anonymously, so do not put a name on it. Submit it to Mrs. McBee in the
counseling center.
Seniors in Kendall County who are planning to major in a field of agriculture.
Financial need and extracurricular activities in the area of agriculture are also
taken into consideration. Application is available in the counseling office or on
the website.
