16. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTORS
A Testator should choose who should be his or her Executors and appoint them in his or her Will. In
general terms, the duties of the Executors are to collect in the Estate of the deceased, to pay the
deceased’s debts and to distribute to the persons properly entitled in the Will. It is advisable to appoint
at least two Executors or to provide for a substitution in the event of the death of one of the Executors
dying before the Testator
