FormSpeed Server Setup
Please note: The server may not be a domain controller.
The installer will need to be logged on to the server as an Administrator.
The server(s) will require internet access to download the installation software from the IMM site.
Please install Windows Server 2008

Configure the SQL server to work in dual-authentication mode
Create a new SQL user (system administrator)
Assign the SQL user as the database owner for both the “FormSpeed” and
“Polling” databases
Provide IMM with the database “Server name, SQL username and Password” to
connect to the database.
Install SQL server management studio
Login to the database and web servers
Install software on the web server
Install, register and start windows services
Read, Write, Delete permissions on all FormSpeed application folders
