time all entries will close.
2 If a Rider in a Horse Arena Class comes off their mount, they are not allowed to remount and continue.
3. Judging of horses in rings will not be held up for competitors competing in other areas.
4. All cattle must be registered with Breed Society. All bulls over 12 months must be fitted with a nose
ring, dehorned, and tied head and neck. All cattle must be ear tagged with their PIC.
5. The Committee shall have the right to reject any Entry without having to give reason for doing so. Each
exhibit must be the bonafide property of the exhibitor at the time of entry.
6. All Machinery in motion shall be either securely fenced or be in such position or of such construction
as to be equally safe to every person as it would be if securely fenced.
7. All exhibits must be in the Showgrounds, and placed ready for judging at the time shown at the head of
each section.
8. The judge may award a second or third prize instead of a first one, or may withhold a prize altogether
where exhibits are not of sufficient merit. Any exhibit not classified which may be
brought forward may receive a prize or certificate of merit as an extra if considered worthy.
9. Should a Steward happen to be an exhibitor in any class in which he/she is a Steward, he/she must
stand aside during the judging of such class and take no part whatever in it.
10. Regulations in respect to discipline procedures:

(c) the entrant also agrees to abide by all decisions made by the Society, by the Group
with which it is affiliated, or by EA pursuant to those rules and regulations and bylaws; and
(d) no decision so made shall be called into question by the entrant before any court or other body
(whether or not of a similar nature to a court) whatsoever.
11. The Committee of Management shall have the power to award prizes or certificates of merit on the
recommendation of the judges for exhibits of particular merit which may be exhibited, though not
specified in the prize list.
12. Should any exhibit, having gained a prize, be disqualified, the next on the list does not necessarily
obtain the same prize. The Committee of Management, with or without the assistance of a judge, can
decide the question.
13. Care will be taken of exhibits, but no responsibility will be incurred by the Society.
14. PROTESTS: Any protest made against exhibitors for infringement of these rules or an appeal
against the decisions of a judge will not be entertained unless made in writing, accompanied by a
deposit of $50 cash and lodged with the Secretary before 4pm on the day of Show. If such protest or
appeal be deemed to be frivolous the deposit shall be forfeited. Such protest or appeal shall be dealt
with at the next ordinary meeting of the Committee of Management.
15. The Committee of Management reserves to itself the right of demanding an affidavit from any
exhibitor in any section as to the bonafides of his or her exhibit.
16. In case of dispute as to the construction of these Regulations or the meaning of anything in the prize
list, the same shall be determined by the Committee of the Society, whose decision in all cases shall be
final.
17. All dogs must be tied up INSIDE caravans, floats or vehicles.
