Receiving patients to OT with check list.
Preparing patient on surgical table for surgery and positioning for anesthesia
and Procedure.















Preparing assisting trolley for the procedure.
Performing surgical scrubbing.
Assisting the surgeon for surgeries.
Checking instruments and taking counts.
Assisting in anesthesia and intubation
Circulating equipment’s for the procedures.
Carbolizing and fumigating the OT, Maintaining the records
Performing physical and psychological assessment of the patients.
Giving health education to the patients, family members and health maintenance.
Administering medications, injections & blood transfusions.
All aspects of care for patients of all ages.
Giving orientation to new staffs and helps them in their duties.
Maintaining basic cardiac life support measures.
Monitoring vital signs of the patient, intake and output.
Assisting in procedures like lumbar puncture, POP casting, CVP insertion,
arterial
Line insertion, tracheostomy, paracentesis, thoracentesis etc.
Continuous ECG monitoring
Checking crash cart and alert for emergency situation.
Insertion of NGT, urinary catheter.
Taking ABG samples.
Insertion of IV cannula.
