授業の目標 Course Objectives
Firstly, definitions of defects in crystal and concentration of point defects in metals at a temperature will be studied. A general technique of analysis and observation by TEM will be summarized, especially for defect clusters, dislocation, and precipitates.
到達目標 Course Goals
1. Students can explain a difference of behavior of point defects, especially vacancy and interstitial, at a temperature.
2. Students understand an appropriate way of analysis for features in metals using a transmission electron microscope.
