Shake before enjoying Our Juices are 100% natural and have no artificial preservatives. They contain no processed sugar, water, or sweeteners. They are not pasteurized (which kill lots of healthy nutrients) so we recommend drinking within 24 hours to get the most nutrient content and best flavor. At least 24 hours and preferably 48 hours before and after your cleanse stay away from processed foods, meats, grease, dairy, white sugar, coffee, alcohol and smoking. Consume more raw vegetables and fruits instead. Drink lots of water. We provide bottles with sealable lids for your juice. You can reuse them with water and drink at least as much water as juice You can drink the juices in any order you like but we recommend starting with a green juice since your body absorbs nutrients better in the morning and ending with the protein drink at the end of your day Take it easy! It is ok to exercise moderately during your cleanse such as yoga or biking but make sure not to over-do it or engage in especially strenuous activity. The more rest you get the better. Try to take some time to meditate, nap, or just relax for 15-20 minutes Although everybody is different we do not recommend going beyond 5-7 days. You can “cheat” and mix in some raw vegetables or fruits without feeling guilty. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded go for the protein drink earlier. If you are a coffee drinker lack of caffeine may also cause dizziness. Do your best to avoid caffeinated beverages. Every person’s body is different. Some people may need to use the restroom more (or less) than normal and this is natural. If you find red color in your stool this is normal from beet juice. Do not worry it is not blood. The juice cleanse has shown to help some people lose weight but is about improving your general health and not recommended or advertised as a short term weight loss remedy. We use a lot of energy to digest solid food. This saved energy can help give you extra focus and energy while cleansing and lead to a healthier lifestyle. The juices contain approximately 150-200 calories each and the nut milk about 300 calories. So a power cleanse is about 1000-1200 calories but all calories are not created equal. raw vegetables and fruits provide a more sustained energy than those found in processed foods.
