USAID Judicial Reform and Government Accountability Project Announces a REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS for Civil Society Organizations (CSO) The Judicial Reform and Government Accountability Project is a USAID-funded five year project with the following objectives: strengthen the rule of law, the independence of the judiciary and the administration of justice in Serbia; increase public awareness of reforms in the judicial sector; and strengthen the ability of the Serbian government, Independent Agencies, and civil society to detect and prevent corruption. Through a grants program, the Project is promoting the role of civil society in the overall reform process. The Project invites interested CSOs to submit project proposals within the area of: rule of law, reforms in the judicial sector, promotion of a culture of personal responsibility/respect for the law, good governance promotion and official integrity, reduction of corruption, political party financing monitoring and promotion of compliance with EU norms. Please note that the JRGA Project reserves the right to accept or reject any part or complete proposals submitted. Grant awards will be in the range of $10.000-$50.000.
