Guests must be in at least 9 th grade and may not be older than 20 years of age on April 11 th , 2015. Valid photo
IDs will be required to purchase tickets AND for everyone entering Prom.
Any student bringing a guest who does not attend ARHS must complete a guest form. Guest forms are available on the ARHS Prom SchoolFusion website. A clear copy of a valid ID showing the birth date must be taped or stapled to the bottom of the guest form.
**Completed guest forms are to be submitted at time of ticket purchase.**
Individuals who purchase a guest ticket for an ARHS 9 th or 10 th grader OR a non-ARHS student, MUST enter the
Prom with that guest AND are responsible for their guest’s behavior at all times!
Students must have a valid photo ID to purchase tickets.
Checks may be made to ARHS. Tickets will be on sale the following dates:
Online Pre-Sale: February 12 th – March 16 th
Tickets available for purchase on the ARHS Prom website
Regular Sale: Online: March 17 th – April 5
Lunches: March 17 th , 18 th th
& 19 th (during all lunches)
Last Minute: Online ONLY: April 6 th – April 9 th

Nominations for Prom Court will be taken February 12 th – March 13 th . You may nominate yourself or another person using the online forms located on the ARHS Prom Website.
To qualify for nomination you must be a Junior or Senior planning to attend Prom and passing all of your classes. Discipline & Attendance records will be taken into consideration also. Ballots with the qualifying nominees will be present during all ticket sale times. You may vote only if you or someone else has purchased you a ticket for the prom. There is to be NO campaigning (signs, posters, etc).
Prom Court winners will be announced and crowned at Prom.
Party on Wheels Entertainment Live!, a premier production company, will be presenting a continuous mix of the latest music. Combined with interactive lighting, fog, bubbles and more, they provide a dance experience unlike any other! Check out a sample of their work on the Prom website!
Photographers from Lifetouch will be present to take care of all your formal picture needs. Packages will be ordered and paid for the night of the prom and all checks for pictures will be made out to Lifetouch.
Package brochures are posted on the Prom website.
An elegant assortment of finger foods and desserts, as well as beverages will be offered at the Prom. In addition, each attendee will be presented with a souvenir upon leaving.
Ticket refunds will only be given for emergency and extreme circumstances (break-ups or change of plans are not extreme circumstances). A receipt must accompany all refund requests (no exceptions).
If a refund is needed, you must fill out a request form in the Finance Office outlining the reason for the refund and attach your receipt. Refund requests will then be forwarded to Mrs. Radcliffe for her approval. Approved refunds will only be given after the date of Prom.
Prom is a formal occasion and therefore requires formal attire for both ladies and gentlemen.
No exposed midriffs or extreme cutout dresses. Dress length must be appropriate.
School dress code applies for men. Only FORMAL hats will be permitted (NO BALL CAPS).
Security checkpoints may be utilized to prevent drugs, alcohol, and weapons from entering the
Prom. Security officers will be patrolling the parking lot and the premises for your safety.
Students engaging in inappropriate dancing may be asked to leave.
Once students have entered the prom, they may not leave and return.
Above all, since the Prom is a school-sponsored event, ALL ARHS rules concerning behavior, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, and illegal substances WILL be enforced.
