Tent Pole
Tent Pole heads to Thailand
Adliya – Déjà Vu, Tent Pole’s latest favourite trail location
hot n humid (still – cant go on much longer huh? Good weather coming soon?)

19 at the circle, 3 left after the trail, and 3 arrived, but then one of them left!
Gather Round:
One Wisitor, “Mom luvs Semen”, didn’t note or remember where from specifically – a septic tank anyway, an
army version as opposed to the usual Navy types. Balls Deep being the only other one present (though non
military), had a chat. Despite there being no wirgins Tent Pole explained hashing to us all – blobs, Circles,
Crosses, etc. There was a Beer Stop so bring some BD. ONON
Trail:
For a slight change it went anti-clockwise round the Gulf Hotel and back to the car park, where a fresh check
had appeared! Trail was found alongside the highway, as previously, which turned out to be a very long falsie,
down to the next traffic lights before Mina Salman, as previously! Being nearly DFL (Call Girl and Wanker
Banker were behind me) has its advantages – we didn’t get far when we saw FRB’s coming back – so we became
the FRB’s! Back to the newly laid check to see Tent Pole laying the start of a new trail – crafty bugger! It went
back down to where the falsie was but on the next road up, turning right at the Palace ‘Boutique’ Hotel as its
called these days. Up towards the Brit Club but turning right with Curved Balls and I trying to guess where the
beer stop would be. Not Senor Pacos, nor Opera, nor Old Beams – Cyprus Taverna was the lucky venue. It was
already nearly 18:30 by then – a bit of a long one – about 5km if you did the long falsie! Don’t know if there was
a trail for ON IN - I followed Curved Balls! Mom luvs Semen became disorientated so stuck with us in the
absence of a trail.
Raffles:
With a relatively low turn-out The Ref was thinking of not having a raffle, but then he did after all, just 3
prizes mind; 547 – CodsWallop; 542 – TextForFun; 551 – Prissy Fekin Muppet
The Circle:
Was located across the road, next to the Deja Vue - a bit more secluded.
Critique:
Riko-Shay as hare of last week did the honours, commenting that it had all the right ingredients; checks,
falsies, water stop, beer stop, and food to follow. So 10/10
Wisitors: Weturnees: Wirgins:
Our Wisitor, Mom luvs Semen – who was seen not drinking at the beer stop, must have had a better offer and
didn’t stay for the circle (so I could have made a note of where he was from etc). None others present.
Stories / Accusations / DownDowns:
 Riko & STTI had complaints from the neighbors after last week’s pool circle, no more hash circles inside
their residence area – they are looking for new digs!
 A trio of hashers are who chronologically challenged – thought it was Saturday and did a 10-9-8… down
down; CodsWallop, TwoDots Catoi & Dormouse
 For not wearing any Hash Gear, haberdasher among them! – TxtForFun, TwoDots, Capt CockS & Just
Christine
 African Queen was called up for being too quiet and not doing anything wrong; when 1 Queen drinks, all
Queens drink - so Dancing Queen and Drag Queen joined her.
 Capt Cock-S was up for something to do with “in the bar” ??
 CodsWallop called the RA a liar – and got down-down.
 Balls Deep was stealing car keys and cash from STTI. Call Girl helped him

RikoShay was well prepared and arrived in good time – just as well as he had to go home again for the
Drinking Vouchers!
 Dancing Queen & Just Christine were Tagalagologing so a had a down down to shut them up.
 Riko Shay pointed out that Singed Minge was wearing last year’s Marathon Relay shirt – but had not yet
put her name on the list for this year.
 The Ref & African Queen were called – for not ensuring RA got a prize – nor me come to that!
Wanker of the Week:
Curved Balls reckoned it was Dormouse in the pool last week being the cause of the complaints!! Balls Deep
thought I, Drag Queen should get it – for helping Dancing Queen out with her down down beer. Dancing Queen
herself was proposed as a WOW contender – for ordering a fruit cocktail drink from Deja Vue and having it
delivered to her outside. Riko called STTI for being a physical wreck after having a go at wake boarding and
breaking a rib! After a very fair vote, it was given to Dormouse again!


The Bahrain Marathon Relay is on Oct 31st, Captain CockWorkOr not present – let RikoShay know if you can run
a 3km leg, preferably in 20 minutes or less! – 16 required, unless you want to do 2?
Hash Trash:
A blonde heard that milk baths would make her beautiful.
She left a note for her milkman to leave 25 gallons of milk.
When the milkman read the note, he felt there must be a
mistake, and thought that she probably meant 2.5 gallons.
So he knocked on the door to clarify the point.
The blonde came to the door and the milkman said,
"I found your note asking me to leave 25 gallons of milk.
Did you mean 2.5 gallons?"
The blonde said, "No, I want 25 gallons. I'm going to fill
my bathtub up with milk and take a milk bath so I can
