a. Amount to donate to Travis fund (50%?)
b. Total raised: $2200 (not counting day-of contributions)
c. After t-shirts and food expenses: $1400 net

a. Donate - last year $1000 from SCAVMA, $500 from alumni (TUVAA)
3. WVLDI is looking for funding for negotiating event (negotiating & networking for women)
a. ALL funding - $300 to WVLDI

a. Future funding allocated based on EPDC grant format
b. Establish budget for ALL funding for grants for clubs
i. Professional development event: $500/year
ii. Wellness event: $500/year
iii. Leadership: $500/year
iv. Community outreach: $500/year
v. Symposium and travel grants: $6500
c. Applications once/semester – clubs submit a budget/proposal
i. One month notice for applications (e-mail notice in September/December)
ii. Must fit one of four above categories
iii. Apply for a grant and get up to $500
1. One set deadline/semester: October and January
2. Can be retroactive to fund projects as well (within last year)
iv. Must be open to entire student body (SCAVMA-wide)
v. 2 applications accepted/semester, up to $500
