Sports activities of the Department of Physical education in this academic year
2014-15.
 Our college sports students have active participation in various sports and
games activities during this year and brought laurels to the department and to
our college as well.

Have represented South zone in the All India university Kho-Kho tournament
held at Janardhan Rainagor – Rajasthan Vidyapeeth university,Udaipur(Rajasthan)
on 23-2-2015.
 Our college handball players P.Gokulan II B.A(History) represented Puducherry
Handball team in the 43rd National Handball Championship held at
Bhilai(Chattisgarh) on 23.11.2014.
 Our college kho-kho players won the first place in the Inter university KhoKho tournament which is held at Chennai.

university badminton team in the inter university badminton tournament held
at Bharathiyar university(coimbatore) on 30-9-2014.
 Our college kho-kho team won the first place in the inter collegiate kho-kho
tournament which was held at Pondicherry university.
 Our college weight lifter S.Sangeetha won the first place in the inter
collegiate weight lifting tournament which was held at Pondicherry
University.

 Our college Athletic team won many prizes in the Inter collegiate Athletic
Championship held at Pondicherry University.
 Our college students won many prizes in the state level competitions.

 INTRA-MURAL competition has been organised every year. This year this
competition is being conducted from 9th March 2015 onwards. The Students
were divided into four houses namely Blue, Red, Green & Yellow. Each
house consisting of 5 members for organizing purposes.The house captains
