1. Industrial Park «The Green Grove» http://www.park57.ru/ is a scale regional project on
the attraction of investments, advanced scientific and industrial technologies.
Project’s participants: the Government of the Oryol region, the Administration of the
Mtsensk district.
2. Industrial Park «The Green Grove» is situated in the north-east of the Oryol region in
Mtsensk district. Its area is 140,5 Hа. Distance to Moscow — 300 km, to Saint Petersburg
— 1020 km, to Kiev — 588 km, to Minsk — 751 km, to Saratov — 798 km.
According to the Industrial park concept the zoning of the territory for 12 industrial sets
will be provided, there will be also a rest zone, a service zone, a sport zone, a trade zone and
subsidiary zones for infrastructure facilities location.
The Management Company Joint Stock Company «Directorate of industrial parks of Oryol
region» is ready to provide a full package of services for receipt the agreement and authorizations,
security facilities, maintenance areas, maintenance the functionality of energy systems, pavements
and wastewater systems.

«Severstal-metiz» since 2006. The park’s total area is about 120 hectares.

engineering prepared land, industrial, office and storage spaces, developed

complex is located at the proximity to the main federal highway М4-«DON».
The industrial park «LIVENSKY» occupies 195 970,00 sq. m of the land

On the area of enterprises there are 11 transformer substations with a total capacity 19MVt. There is
substation of 110 × 6 sq m JSC «MRSK of Center». Also in the territory of industrial park
«LIVENSKY» is located artesian well, pumping station, which created water treatment facilities.
