Richard married Ellenore Faye GRAHL, daughter of Frederick F. GRAHL and
Lucille Grantz, on 7 Aug 1954 in Faith Lutheran Church, Columbus, Franklin,
Ohio.2 Ellenore was born on 20 Feb 1928 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio, 3 died on
5 Nov 2010 in University of Toledo Medical Center, Toledo, Lucas, Ohio at age 82, and
was buried on 12 Nov 2010 in Bellevue, Huron, Ohio; Bellevue Cemetery.

Ellenore Faye (Grahl) Sutter, 82, of Bellevue, died Friday, Nov. 5, 2010, at the
University of Toledo Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 20, 1928, in Cleveland, to the late Frederick F. and Lucille (Gantz) Grahl.
Ellenore graduated from Reynoldsburg High School in 1946 and Capital University in 1950. She was a
homemaker most of her life, but she had worked at Delphi GM for over 15 years. She was a member of
St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue, where she sang in the choir. She enjoyed gardening and
sewing. Before moving to Bellevue, she was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in
Sandusky, where she taught Sunday School and was a nursery supervisor.
On Aug. 7, 1954, she married the Rev. Richard B. Sutter and he survives in Bellevue. Also surviving
are their children, Ellen (Kevin) Lavery, of Durham, N.C., Fred (Keri) Sutter, of Columbus, Ohio, Susie
(Tim) Fickling, of Awahnee, Calif., John (Denita) Sutter M.D., of Springfield, Ohio, and Chaplin Major
Paul (Deborah) Sutter, of Fairbanks, Alaska; a foster daughter, Virginia Sutton, Ph.D., of Philadelphia,
Pa.; grandchildren, Christine and Ryan Lavery, Erin, Kristin, Hannah, Caroline Sutter, Eddie, James,
Bekkah, Liza, Jessa Fickling, Elizabeth, Ian, Aidan, Adelaide, Estan, Evie, Ollie Sutter, and Samuel,
Benjamin, Jacob, Joshua Sutter; her brother, Richard (Betty) Grahl ,of Greenville, Texas and South
Padre Island, Texas; and her sister-in-law, Nora Grahl, of Pickerington, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Ellenore was preceded in death by her brother, the Rev. Robert Grahl.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11, at the Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia
St., Bellevue.
Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 12, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue,
