Each puppy receives their first two puppy vaccinations and deworming every 2 weeks before going home
with their new families. Every puppy will receive a full examination from our licensed veterinarian before
leaving us. No puppy will leave Farmsteads Puppy Paradise until they are at least 8 weeks of age,
sometimes we hold puppies an extra week or two if necessary.
No puppy will leave Farmsteads Puppy Paradise until both breeder and veterinarian deem the puppy
fully weaned and in good physical health.
All puppies must be fed high quality premium puppy food, maintain healthy weight and conditioning, be
kept up to date on all necessary vaccinations and heartworm preventatives and take daily NuVet
supplements for at least 12 months after purchase date. If buyer agrees to follow these
recommendations, Farmsteads Puppy Paradise will honor a 1-year health guarantee that covers life
threatening genetic or congenital diseases. Additionally, if buyer continues these practices and uses
NuVet supplements through a second year, we will honor a 2-year guarantee.
NuVet supplements are recommended for dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages, we believe in providing our
pets with the best quality of life and giving them every health advantage possible.
We require a $200 deposit to hold your puppy, please note that this deposit is non-refundable but can
be used towards a future litter. We take deposits in picking order; when the puppies are between 4-6
weeks old, families can pick their specific puppy in the order in which we received their deposits.
Waiting until the puppies are at least 4 weeks old gives families the chance to see their puppies in
“action” and get an idea of what their personalities are like.
We accept deposits via PayPal or USPS money order.

These questions are used for knowledge on the prospective puppy buyer while allowing us to learn
more about the futures of our puppies. These questions help us facilitate the best match between
puppies and future owners; we are by no means being judgemental in any way, shape or form.
How many family members do you have in your home?

Does anyone who lives in your home, or visits frequently, smoke while indoors where puppy may be?

Do you understand that a puppy purchased from us must be a part of the family and not be a dog that

pharmaceutical labs that works as an immune system builder that extends the life of your puppy/dog;
we recommend these supplements and guarantee your puppies health for as long as you use them.

Do you understand that NO puppy should be spayed or neutered before they are 6 months of age?
Farmsteads Puppy Paradise recommends that you do not neuter or spay any puppy/dog until he or she
reaches 18 months of age. The first 18 months of any dog’s life is the most crucial growth period.
Do you agree that if at any time you are unable to keep your puppy or dog, for whatever reason, you will
please need to return the puppy/dog to us as the breeder and we will place him/her in a suitable home?
By submitting this puppy application do you agree to all the conditions, terms, and state that
the information provided by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge?
We encourage buyers to email us with an attachment of this puppy application so we can make our best
efforts to reserve the puppy of your choice. It may be in your best interest to list a 1st and 2nd choice
puppy in case your 1st choice is already spoken for.
