NOTE FOR THE AUTHORS
The authors are requested to prepare their papers in accordance with attached template.
Papers/theses have to be written and presented in English only. All the papers/theses will be
reviewed by reviewer committee directly after presentation on the conference. Authors are
responsible for the printing quality of their papers/theses.
Please send your project in English not longer than 15 pages (each project may include
annexes with no restriction on their extent) in electronic form (doc*, rtf *or pdf * format).
Recommended project structure:
-
introduction,
current situation overview in the questioned matter,
characteristics of projected solution,
results achieved,
assessment of result applicability,
more ways of development in the questioned matter,
conclusion,
list of references,
annexes to the project – diagrams, tables, schemes, photo documentation etc.
Every project shall have about 15 min. + 5 min. reserved to be presented and questions
answered, respectively. Each of the sections shall provide the presenters with a PC and a data
projector. The presentations shall be prepared for in English using PowerPoint software. The
presentations shall be collected “as made” to form the competition proceedings.
