Ann Oro Director of K12 Instructional Technology Archdiocese of Newark annoro@mac.com @njtechteacher ~ @iannoro ~ @rcaninst How would you move forward in instructional technology with 94 schools? Over the course of one year, over 50 grammar schools selected a technology integration specialist for their school. They met, learned, shared, and began work on a technology curriculum map. At the high school level, a sharing of ideas started in the area of instructional technology. Join a conversation about what worked in this situation and how you are moving forward as a district. Participants will learn: 1. There are many free tools available that can be used to assist large, diverse groups of educators to share and learn together. 2. There is power in learning as a group. 3. The importance of providing multiple methods for educators to learn in ways that best suit their needs.
