“Isn’t it Romantic”

All regional artists are invited to enter up to two pieces of art that reflect a love theme in this juried show of
Cranberry Artists Network (CAN), a growing art group dedicated to promoting the Arts in Cranberry Township
and the surrounding communities.
The Exhibition Space: The Cranberry Township Municipal building, located at 2525 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066
will host this exhibition. Artwork displayed will be highly visible to the scores of employees and pedestrians visiting the location
each day. The space will be accessible to the public seven days a week.
Jurors: Entrance into the show and all awards will be juried by Patricia Zona, a 34- year art educator associated with multiple arts
organizations and universities.
Awards: Four juror's awards will be presented at the opening reception.
Sales: Cranberry Artists Network will conduct all sales during the exhibition. Artists retain 80% of the sale. Cranberry Artists Network
retains the right to use art images for any promotional materials.

artwork. We will take every precaution available to ensure that nothing is damaged.
Entry Fee:

For all entries, please send your entry fee of $20.00, POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN JANUARY 23RD, to Cranberry Artists
Network, Cranberry Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Township, PA 16066. (Please include your name as it
appears your submission.) All checks must be made payable to Cranberry Artists Network.
Entry Regulations:






Artists can enter two pieces of art in any medium (except film or video and installations).
Artists must register online via the Cranberry Artists Network online form—
www.cranberryartistsnetwork.com/registration - by January 23rd, 2015, 5:00 p.m.
2-D works must be professionally presented and ready to hang. No sawtooth hangers, picture wire only.
3-D works must be exhibit ready.
Size limitations – 36” Wide by 48” High including the frame. Larger sizes will be rejected.
All work must have 2 tags attached to the back of the work upon delivery.
You have two (2) options for registering your artwork. Please choose the option that works best for you.
Option 1: Registration with Digital Image(s):
 Each image should be clearly focused on a neutral background and accurately reflect the work submitted.
 All files should be in JPEG format, at least 300 dpi and no larger than 2000 pixels on the longest side. File size should be
under 5 MB.
 All digital entries must be submitted via the Cranberry Artists Network online form—
www.cranberryartistsnetwork.com/registration - by January 23rd, 2015, 5:00 p.m.
 Notification by phone of accepted pieces on Friday, January 30th.
 Drop off accepted work at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center at 2525 Rochester Road, Cranberry, PA 16066, on
Monday, February 2, between 12:00-6:00 p.m.
Option 2: Registration without Digital Image(s) – (Hand Delivered Art):
 Hand-Delivered work must be dropped off at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center at 2525 Rochester Road, Cranberry,
PA 16066, on Monday, February 2, between 12:00-6:00 p.m.
 Work not chosen for exhibition can be picked up on February 3rd, 3:00-6:00 p.m., or during the opening reception.

Notification of juror's decision by phone:
Friday, January 30th after 5:00 pm for registration with digital images.
Tuesday, February 3rd after 12;00 noon for hand-delivered art.
Pick-up of works not accepted:
Tuesday, February 3, 3:00-6:00 pm or February 4, after the opening reception.
Accepted work will remain in gallery
Exhibit Opens:
Tuesday, February 4, 2015.

Exhibit Closes:
Tuesday, February 25, 9:00pm
Pick-up of unsold works:
Wednesday, February 25, 6:00-7:00 pm or Thursday, February 26, 2:00 - 6:00 pm
* Artists must pick up at the scheduled time at the close of the show unless prior arrangements have been made with CAN. Artwork not picked up
within scheduled return dates will be placed in storage at the artist’s risk and expense. A $25.00 storage fee will be assessed. Artworks remaining
after 30 days become the property of CAN.
