EGC MONITORING SYSTEM USING ANDROID
Abstract
The Electrocardiogram (ECG) is an important tool to
interpret a wide range of heart conditions. Early warning
and patient awareness are critical in preventing permanent
heart damage and saving much of the heart muscles.
These critical conditions motivated us to propose an
application that shows promise for long term ambulant
ECG monitoring. The aim of this paper is to develop a
prototype android ECG application that works with existing
ECG acquisition device.
The application will be used for the realization of ECG data
signals that are sent from the ECG acquisition device via
Bluetooth communication, calculate heart rate and plot it
on android mobile phone, and also send this information to
the concerned physician through server.
We have tested this application in real time by collecting
the ECG from the patient in stationary as well as moving
conditions. In both situations the application fulfills
requirements of the proposed system.
Digital Ordering System for Restaurant Using Android
Abstract:
Modern information technology is being increasingly used
in the healthcare sector with the sole objective of enhancing
the availability of improved medical services at reduced
costs. Outsourcing of computation and storage resources
using cloud infrastructure has become a potential
alternative.
Rural healthcare centers can largely benefit from cloud
based models in terms of cost reduction and resource
utilization. It will not only reduce the development cost but
improve the maintainability and adoption of evolving
technologies. This can ensure use of up-to-date
technologies and skilled technical manpower to manage
rural healthcare systems in an effective and efficient
manner. A cloud based information system can offer new
possibilities, such as easy and ubiquitous access to medical
data, and opportunities to utilize the services of medical
experts which are otherwise unavailable in rural areas.
They also raise new risks and challenges with respect to
security and privacy aspects.
We propose a cloud based model for developing a rural
healthcare system.
Disaster Alert and Notification System Via Android Mobile
Phone by Using Google Map
Abstract
• Modern technologies can predict the occurring of these
natural disasters with which dissemination of cautionary
instructions can be ensured to the people of possibly
affected areas. But most of the developing countries are
facing difficulties to broadcast the warning signals of
imminent disasters by the concerned officials, agencies and
mass communication media at apt time in proper way due
to lack of information technologies. Some flash disaster
visits giving very dearth time for warning, so steps should
be taken to alert all through within shortage possible time
according to needs. Now-a-days a great deal of attention is
recently being paid to the potential of mobile
communication technologies to redefine and enlarge the
world of traditional alert system by rendering its
applications available to mobile users in developing
countries. Mobile technology especially Short Message
Service (SMS) has huge impact in the communication
system of modern civilization. This paper proposed a
usability analysis of SMS for disaster management alert
system. In this paper, usability has been analytically
investigated through out existing policies and technologies
and against a prototype of SMS based alert system and
several provoking conclusions in terms of “rethinking
usability” applied to disaster management operations and
decision making have been derived. It is expected that
many stakeholders from within the whole sector (the
“Disaster Management” industry) can leverage this study as
a first step to challenge existing cultural, political,
economical and even ethical biases and constraints acting
against the full exploitation of usability potential
Secure Cloud Storage Using Android
Abstract
Secure Computing provides, a global leader in enterprise
security solutions. Secure Computing's award-winning
solutions, powered by Trusted Source technology,
proactively protect mission-critical business applications
from Internet-borne threats. In security risk management,
with the most comprehensive and integrated endpoint,
gateway, and hybrid security offerings. Steganography
methods and deniable encryption algorithms have been
construct to hide the very presence of encrypted info. The
lessons studied from deniable encryption in the desktop
status, and design new corrective for threats explicit to
mobile systems. Preserving two exercise for the Android
OS, to appraise the utility and achievement of on various
hardware profiles.
Friendbook: A Semantic-based Friend
Recommendation System for Social Networks
Abstract:
Friend book, a novel semantic-based friend
recommendation system for social networks, which
recommends friends to users based on their life styles
instead of social graphs
.By taking advantage of sensor-rich smartphones, Friend
book discovers life styles of users from user-centric sensor
data, measures the similarity of life styles between users,
and recommends friends to users if their life styles have
high similarity.
Inspired by text mining, we model a user’s daily life as life
documents, from which his/her life styles are extracted by
using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation algorithm. We further
propose a similarity metric to measure the similarity of life
styles between users, and calculate users’ impact in terms
of life styles with a friend-matching graph.
Upon receiving a request, Friend book returns a list of
people with highest recommendation scores to the query
user.
Finally, Friend book integrates a feedback mechanism to
further improve the recommendation accuracy
ACCIDENT TRACKING APP FOR ANDROID MOBILE
Abstract:
Population density, natural and man-made disasters make
public safety a problem of growing importance. In this project
we aim to enable the vision of smart and safe cities, by
exploiting mobile and social networking and internet
technologies to securely and privately extract, model and
embed real-time public safety information into quotidian user
experiences. We first propose approaches to define location
and user based safety metrics. We evaluate the ability of
existing forecasting techniques to predict future safety values.
In this project we connect the all integrate parts in smart
phone to communicate each other in this project that capture
the user’s location data periodically after sending to Hospitals
or other relatives
A Real-time Multi-User Face Unlock System via Fast Sparse
Coding Approximation
Abstract:
Facial recognition is a type of biometric software
application that can identify a specific individual in a
digital image by analyzing and comparing patterns.
Facial recognition systems are commonly used for security
purposes but are increasingly being used in a variety of
other applications
We propose a multi-user face unlock system based on fast
sparse coding approximation.
Different approximation techniques of sparse coding are
compared for real-time processing and recognition rate.
The proposed system that is used to identify the human
face automatically after the verify that is human face after
the lock will be opened.
BLOOD BANKING SYSTEM USING ANDROID
Abstract
It is healthy to donate blood. So, we have created an
application to simplify the blood donation process.
The donor can easily find out the location where his/her
blood group is needed. those locations can either be entities
or individuals that urgently need the donor's blood group..
When there is an urgent need for a particular blood group,
you can use the app to message only the people having the
required blood group
This system that contains different modules to maintain
blood and blood donars.
Radiation Signal Detector Using Android
Abstract:
The combination of gsm , a GPS (Global Positioning
System) device and a GSM (Global System for Mobile
communications) transceiver provides users with a turnkey
system for the monitoring of radiation over wider areas
the GPS and retrieve measurements, , alarm status and
other data through the GSM network. The gsm that is used
to calculate the radiation signals. Also we are using a gps
signals to calculate radiation signals.
