Coordinator, Project Support Title: Production/QAD Support Coordinator Department: Production Systems Reports To: Date Prepared: Department Approval: CFO Date: Human Resources: VP, Human Resources Grade: Plant Manager December 4, 2014 Position Summary: The Production Support Coordinator will provide support to the Production/Scheduling teams. Main duties include inventory control functions, including Assembly Center support, to insure inventory accuracy. Maintains Bills of Materials, in the QAD system, and coordinates new program setups in Campfire. KEY TASKS Willing to work on a wide range of tasks and projects, as assigned, to include data conversions, data collection, from the QAD system. Validate accuracy of data migration between PTS shop floor system and Freedom/QAD system. o This includes system administrator functions in Freedom Open Interface tables for Back flush, Shipping and Receiving to review, correct and release errors in the tables. o This includes administrator access to PTS shop floor error tables to review and correct production errors, delete labels, and scrap that is held for review, correction and release to be processed Hand’s on: willing to dig into details to insure system reporting accuracy between PTSL based shop floor reporting system and Freedom/ QAD applications. To include the following transactions: Production Reporting, Back flushing, Rework and Scrap reporting Create CyberQuery reports to support the Carlex team member’s job functions in their areas of responsibility. Monitor Inventory accuracy and troubleshoot any issues affecting the accuracy of the inventory which may include supporting cycle counts and month end physical inventory to insure accurate inventory reporting. o This includes maintaining the physical inventory month end variance review analysis used to determine the accuracy of the inventory during physical inventory counts o This includes identifying areas and items that require cycle counts to maintain the integrity of the inventory o This includes monitoring inventory accuracy at the Assembly Centers and communicating REQUIREMENTS Education: 4 year degree preferred. Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years’ experience in a ERP system with a background in Purchasing or Manufacturing Other Skill Sets: Knowledge with CyberQuery report writing QAD application experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Queries/ Pivot Tables Knowledge of RF technology or Freedom transaction based interface to operation systems Black / Green Belt certification ERP system implementation and/or conversion experience Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing manufacturing environment.
