JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Supply Analyst Reporting to: Inventory Manager Reportees: None Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities: Proposing and implementing corrective actions to improve stock availability, stock turn and supply chain efficiencies at the depot and throughout the showroom estate. Ensuring on shelf availability and customer fulfilment through analysis of finished goods. Working with Showrooms to increase performance through delivery scheduling, stock turn, product analysis and seasonality planning. Managing relationships - influencing and collaborating with other departments to achieve results. Support the range review and development processes through successful execution of the introduction of new lines into the supply chain, and the exit of others. Investigate opportunities to improve reporting and create reports for business use. Use these reports to interpret data and make recommendations. Work with reporting team and new business information tool to identify key reports for the business. Become departmental expert on report writing following training. Support operations team in maximising business efficiencies through interpretation of information. Providing cover to immediate team – Procurement and Planning. Skills/Knowledge/Experience 2+ Years Global Supply Chain, MRP Systems experience. Demonstrated ability in data analysis and forecasting. Ability and experience to build professional relationships internally and externally with good communication skills. Strong analytic and advanced excel skills Experience and understanding of a retail environment Experience in Supply Chain Behaviours/Attributes A great team player Determination and drive for results Able to analyse critically evaluate business solutions Good communication skills and ability to influence Enthusiastic, ambitious.
