Ohio Cattleman Joins Livestock Advertising Network
As the national advertising representative for state cattlemen’s associations across the Southeast, Livestock
Advertising Network (LAN) is proud to announce the upcoming addition of the Ohio Cattleman to the list of
publications it serves. LAN currently represents the Alabama Cattleman, Carolina Cattle Connection (North
Carolina & South Carolina), Florida Cattleman & Livestock Journal, Georgia Cattleman, Cow Country News
(Kentucky),Cattle Business in Mississippi, Louisiana Cattleman, Virginia Cattleman and Tennessee Cattle Business.
These 11 states represent a circulation of over 65,000 producers.
LAN is owned by the Southeastern Livestock Network, a joint venture of 11 southeastern states who came
together in 2002. The states have worked extensively over the years on legislative issues, cattle source and age
verification and now advertising sales.
“We are very proud to add the Ohio Cattleman to the list of publications we serve,” stated Southeastern Livestock
Network Chairman, Steve Downs. “Ohio is the first state outside of the Southeast to join and we are very excited to
expand our reach into other areas!”
Ohio Cattleman Editor Elizabeth Harsh is excited to join the Livestock Advertising Network. “Becoming a part of
this already successful sales network will further enhance the quality of our publication for our readers and we
look forward to adding a new dimension to the group.”
