APRIL 2014 – DEALING WITH SENSITIVE COMMUNICATIONS FROM
PATIENTS
The feedback from my staff is that the training was very good as always.
Difficult subject delivered with great knowledge, learning styles and sound
theory. Even the most ‘reluctant’ person came away saying that this made her
think really deeply about how she communicates with patients. What a result!!
Look forward to Dr McGarrell coming back to us later in the year.

Just wanted to thank you for organising such an amazing session with Val
McGarrell.
I really enjoyed the session for start to finish and came away feeling
empowered and motivated.
Can we have her again please doing her session on conflict resolution?
I understand for some of the other managers that she also does sessions for
receptionists, can I put forward my reception staff for some of her
receptionist training.

Hi
I would be interested in having Val McGarrell come to the practice to provide
the team building module for our full practice on one of the Create sessions,
perhaps in May.
We are going through a period of change, what with looking for a new GP
etc, and i think this would be really good in establishing our new team.
I was at the PM training on Wednesday and was really impressed with
her. My receptionists have also attended the masterclass sessions with Val
at CReate and have thoroughly enjoyed them.
Two things really:
Would you be able to arrange this for me?
and
Would you be able to full or part fund this depending on cost?

Thanks again for the fantastic staff training session on Wed 22nd Jan.
Feedback from staff has been excellent, a fun filled afternoon with plenty of
learning. Staff commented on the useful learning tools provided to help them
in their work. I have never seen them so keen to try out training – even the
thought of aggression does not deter them now. Results! Just need to keep
the momentum going now!

Val is excellent in all training sessions. Humourous and very informative.
