MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2015 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF
CITY HALL

The meeting came to order at 5:02 p.m.
Items Considered:
The minutes of the meeting of the Cohoes Board of Ethics which was held on
July 21, 2015 were approved by a unanimous vote as printed.
The Complainant for Complaint No. 15-3 discussed the matter with the Board.
An update on the proposed changes to the Ethics Code was given and the
proposed changes will be pursued by the Board with the Common Council.
The Board briefly discussed Complaint No. 15-2 which they already decided
upon.
The next meeting of the Board will be held on September 28, 2015 at 5 p.m. in
the Common Council Chambers of City Hall.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
