Job Description for Campus Activities Board
Treasurer
-
The Treasurer is required to return to campus before O-Staff to participate in the CAB
Retreat.
The Treasurer will attend all CAB meetings, retreats, and events helping with set up and
tear down.
The Treasurer will keep a working total of the CAB budget and report this at each
meeting.
The Treasurer will keep the advisor, president, and DCA informed of all budget changes
and information.
The Treasurer will stay in contact with the Treasure of SGA, keeping a check on the
balance of the budget.
The Treasurer will have the ability to sign vouchers for use by CAB.
The Treasurer will submit the necessary paper work for checks and refunds, in a timely
manner.
The Treasurer will make out shopping lists setting a total for each trip.
If the budget needs to be reallocated from one event to the other the President and
Treasurer are responsible for contacting the SGA Treasurer and explaining why and how
The Treasurer must also help come up with great ideas for fun and awesome events.
