Scenario #1
You lend part of your allowance money to one of your friends. Your friend said that he/she
would pay you back tomorrow, but they don’t. Now it’s a week later and you need your money
back. What should you do?
Scenario #2
You lend some of your allowance money to a friend. Your friend repays you right away. A week
later, your friend forgets that he/she repaid you and repays you a second time. What would
you do?
Scenario #3
You and a good friend go to the movies. Your friend really wants to buy some popcorn but
doesn’t have the money. You do have some extra money. What would you do? Why?
Scenario #4
Your mom asks you to go to the grocery store to get two items for dinner. She gives you a $20
bill. When you get home, you have money left over. What would you do with the change?

Scenario #5
Your mom is $35 dollars short this month to pay the bills. The electric bill is due and is $30
dollars. You just won a $50 certificate at school for an Art project. What would you do? Why?
Scenario #6
Two of your closest friends just bought new (expensive) shoes. You want a pair too but you
know your mom cannot afford them. What do you do?
