Minutes of 2012 AGM
Minutes of the previous AGM were considered and duly signed as a true and accurate record.
Matters arising
There were no matters arising which would not appear in the main agenda.
Chairman's Report
Glyn provided us with a summary of the year's achievements and events (copy held with records).
Treasurer's Report
Malcolm provided us with ratification of subscriptions for the season 2013/14 and accounts to 30
September 2013, (copies of each held with records). He reminded us that we should continue to try to
increase our Membership and reduce our costs.
Both Accounts and Ratification of Subscriptions were duly unanimously approved.

Recreational Trust Report
Glyn advised us that the car park resurfacing has been delayed. Wales and West Utilities, who were due
to be underwriting it as a form of compensation for the disruption they were to cause the Trust, had
discovered unforeseen problems in their original project, which complicated it to such an extent that it was
likely to be cancelled.
We were also appraised of the many proposed alterations to and refurbishment of the Function Room
and reminded that it is the Function Room which continues to be the main source of revenue for the
Recreational Trust, in turn helping to keep our membership costs down.
Any other business
Reminder that the Christmas Buffet date is 13 December 2013.
There was a discussion about Club Website adverts and management which would be raised at the next
Committee Meeting to be held on
Thursday 5 December at 7pm.
