What is the itinerary for the event?
While details are still being finalized, the following is the current itinerary.
Monday, Sept. 23
We encourage you to arrive early so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort at
your leisure.
5-6:30 pm – Welcome cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
Tuesday, Sept. 24
8-9 am – Breakfast (registered Coldwell Banker® sales associates only)
9 am-12 pm – The morning’s agenda is for Coldwell Banker sales associates only. It is still being finalized,
but is expected to include:
 “Secrets of Success” panel discussion with some of Coldwell Banker’s most influential and
successful associates

Best-selling author, Connie Podesta will show how to take your achievements to even greater
heights in 2013
12 -6:30 pm – Free Time
6:30-11 pm – Dinner and Dancing at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort
Wednesday, Sept. 25

What is included in the package?
For invited sales associates in the top 1%, this package includes:
 Private hotel accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, checking in Sept. 23 and departing on
Sept. 25 – Your hotel reservations will be made for you once you register at www.RegisterNRT.com.
There is a limit of one complimentary hotel room per invited sales associate.

Additional rooms can be booked, if necessary, by calling 239.593.2000 and requesting the “NRT CB
Room Block.” Invited associates can take advantage of a special $109/night room rate (plus tax) as part
of the Coldwell Banker room block at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, based on availability, or book their
additional rooms at another nearby hotel.
Additional meals and activities not included in the agenda are at the associate’s expense. There is a
separate fee for any guests to attend the events as well (see below).
What if I would like to extend my stay at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort?
You can request an extended stay beyond the two complimentary nights when you register for the
event. Additional nights will be at the invited sales associate’s expense, and payment will be required
upon check-in at The Ritz-Carlton. A special rate of $109 per night plus tax is available to invited sales
associates for three night prior to the event and three nights after the event, pending availability.
Can I bring a guest?
Of course! The cost for a same-room guest who is a Coldwell Banker sales associate is $540. This
includes the Monday night cocktail party and the Tuesday breakfast, meeting events, and dinner and
dancing that night.
For guests who are not sales associates, the cost is $490, which includes the Monday night cocktail party
and dinner and dancing on Tuesday night. The breakfast and meeting events are for registered Coldwell
Banker associates only.
Guests wishing to stay with an invited sales associate in his or her hotel room who will not attend any of
the planned events may stay with the sales associate for no additional fee.
Are transportation expenses being handled or reimbursed?
The invited sales associate’s personal airfare will be reimbursed up to $300 after the event. Airport
transfers and guests’ travel expenditures must be covered by the sales associate.
Is there a fee for parking?
Self-parking at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort will be complimentary for attendees. If you would like to use
the valet parking, the hotel charges a $22 per night fee, which will be at the associate’s expense.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 4 pm on Monday, Sept. 23 and check-out is 11 am on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
What is the dress code?
Appropriate dress for the daytime events on Tuesday is resort or business casual, and for the evening
events is dressy resort wear.
Will there be any free time?
This trip is intended as a gesture of appreciation to you. You will have Monday free leading up to the
cocktail reception, plenty of free time on Tuesday afternoon to enjoy the amenities of the resort, and as
much free time on Wednesday as your travel schedule permits.
What are the golf fees?
We are pleased to offer a discounted rate on golf of $74 plus tax, which includes green fees, cart fees
and use of the practice facility. To make a reservation, please call 239.254.3340. We encourage you not
to make any activity plans on Tuesday until after the morning’s agenda is complete at noon. Please visit
the resort’s website for more information.
Is there tennis?
Yes. We are able to offer a discounted rate on tennis court time of $30 per hour, $100 per hour for
lessons and $40 per hour for a ball machine. To reserve court time, please call 239.514.6139.
How do I make spa reservations?
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount on spa treatments at the 51,000-square-foot Ritz-Carlton Spa,
located at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach Resort, which is accessible by a complimentary resort shuttle.

Is there a beach?
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort does not have a beach, but is affiliated with The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach
Resort, which is accessible by a complimentary resort shuttle.
