We would like to sincerely thank you for your previous sponsorship to the Nanua Picnic Race &
Quarter Horse Club, as without the support from our sponsors, picnic day wouldn’t be possible.
We wish to confirm that due to unforeseen circumstances the Nanua Picnic Races & Gymkhana
arranged to be held in October 2010 was cancelled due to excessive rainfall just prior to the
scheduled race day.
Unfortunately yearly expenses had already been incurred including purchase costs of stock and
advertising fees and we would therefore like to request your assistance for a further sponsorship
this year.
Should you be willing to assist our organisation again this year, we would greatly appreciate your
generous hospitality and continued support and enclose herewith our sponsorship form for your
assistance.
Please note that your assistance for the 2010 picnic day and gymkhana will not go unnoticed or
unannounced as all sponsors from 2010 will remain on our advertising for this year also. However,
should you wish to discuss your sponsorship please do not hesitate to contact the President, Mr
Robert Pearce or the Secretary, Ms Lee-Anne Bright on the below mentioned numbers.
