HOW TO PREPARE THE MANUSCRIPT
The text of the manuscript should be prepared according to the guideline
presented in this document with the use of any text program compatible with
Microsoft Word. Figures should be prepared in the form of bit map and saved in
JPG or TIF format, while vector figures should be in CDR or DRW format (Corel
Draw, Auto Cad). The Organizers strongly recommend the easiest way to prepare
the manuscript, i.e. typing the text into this template.
The one page of the text is prepared on the A4 sheet area limited by margins:
upper – 4.7 cm, lower – 5.4 cm, internal – 4.2 cm, external – 3.7 cm. Mirror
margins are set up.
The title of the manuscript – bold Times New Roman 12 pt., paragraph spaces –
before 36 pt., after 12 pt.
Author(s) name(s) is (are) given under the title, while affiliations are placed as
footnotes. Next abstract and keywords are given.
The Polish title, abstract and keywords (required only for Polish authors) are
placed at the end of the manuscript.
Heads of manuscript chapters are written with bold Times New Roman 11 pt.,
paragraph spaces – before 24 pt., after 12 pt. Chapters heads should not be
numbered.

The manuscript text is written with Times New Roman 11 pt., single spaces
between lines, adjusted both sides. Spaces between paragraphs – 0 pt., the first line
indentation – 0.63 cm.
Space should be used for: a) separation of words, b) after dots, commas,
exclamation marks etc. (never before them). The space should not be given after
opening bracket – “(“and before closing bracket –“)”.
References should be placed in square brackets [1]. The list of references is
placed at the end of the manuscript. Arabic style should be used for references
numbering [2].
Please note, that figures placed in the manuscript will be printed as black and
white. Figures captions should be written with Time New Roman 10 pt., single
spaces, text adjusted to both sides with 1.0 cm indentation. The axis labels should
indicate the appropriate variable and the corresponding unit (unit is placed after a
comma). The exemplary figure with the caption is shown in Fig. 1.

Tables should be centered to the margins limited side. Table’s caption and
number are placed above the object. The title is written with Times New Roman
10 pt., with paragraph spaces – before 0 pt., after 6 pt., adjusted to both sides with
1.4 cm indentation. The text placed in the table does not have an indentation. The
units should be located in the headers after a comma.

Equations are adjusted to the left. The font should have the same size as the text
of the manuscript. Round brackets should be used for numbering and references to
the equation in the text. Number of the equation is placed next to the right margin.
The exemplary equation with the number is shown below:

FINAL REMARKS
At the end of the manuscript references should be placed (in the citation order).
The list of references is written with Times New Roman 10 pt., line spaces are 0 pt.,
adjusting to both sides and indentation 0.5 cm.
