The following rules apply to all fraternities and sororities in good standing with PHA and IFC. All pairings are final. 3. All appeals will be heard by the PHA and IFC Executive Boards. 4. Monetary gunning is prohibited. Any chapter giving or receiving monetary gifts will be in violation of this rule. Any attempts of monetary gunning must be reported to the respective IFC/PHA officer within 48 hours of the incident to clear a receiving chapter from any reprimands.
