INFRASTRUCTURE
Power and Gas
Keppel Energy has a track record of developing, owning and operating power plants in Brazil,
China, The Philippines and Nicaragua. In Singapore, Keppel Energy operates Keppel Merlimau
Cogen, a 500 MW gas-fired combined cycle power plant on Jurong Island. The Plant is
undergoing an 800 MW expansion that will boost its eventual generation capacity to 1,300 MW.

Environmental Engineering
KIE is a leading provider of comprehensive and integrated environmental solutions ranging from
consultancy, design and engineering, technology development, construction, operations and
maintenance of plants and facilities as well as investments in large environmental projects.
KIE is one of the few companies in the industry that offers a complete range of water and
thermal technologies for municipal and industrial clients, and is also the only Singaporean
company that owns technologies for both solid waste and water treatment.
With a track record spanning over 40 years, KIE has implemented more than 350 water and
wastewater treatment projects and more than 100 waste-to-energy projects in over 25 countries.
Besides environmental engineering, KIE also offers a range of expertise provided by its
subsidiaries. They include:

Keppel FMO, which offers facilities management services for mission-critical facilities;

Keppel DHCS, which provides district heating and cooling system services;

Keppel Prince Engineering, which offers construction, fabrication and maintenance

Logistics and Data Centres
Keppel T&T offers integrated services and solutions in two core businesses: logistics and data
centres.
Keppel Logistics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel T&T, is a leading Third Party Logistics
provider with over 40 years of experience in offering customised integrated logistics solutions. It
currently operates world-class logistics facilities with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure in
Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Through its subsidiaries Keppel Data Centre Holdings and Citadel 100 Datacenters, as well as
Securus Data Property Fund, a jointly-managed Shariah-compliant data centre fund, Keppel
T&T owns, acquires, develops and manages high-availability data centre facilities. Keppel T&T's
data centre division has presence in Singapore, Europe, Australia and Malaysia.
OFFSHORE & MARINE
Keppel O&M is one of the world’s largest offshore and marine groups, and the global leader in
offshore rig design, construction and repair, ship repair and conversion as well as specialised
building.

Its near market, near customer strategy is bolstered by a global network of 20 yards and offices
in the Asia Pacific, Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, the Caspian Sea, Middle East and North Sea regions.
Keppel FELS, which helms the group’s offshore division, leads the industry in the design and
building of high performance mobile offshore rigs. The company’s portfolio of proprietary
designs and floating production solutions meets a broad spectrum of operating requirements
including deep waters and harsh environments.
Keppel Shipyard is the foremost converter of Floating Production Storage and Offloading
(FPSO) units, Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels and Floating Storage and
Re-gasification Units (FSRU). It is also the industry’s trusted name for the repair of all types of
marine vessels, including tankers, containerships, bulkers and LNG carriers.
The group’s specialised shipbuilding division is led by Keppel Singmarine, which has
constructed more than 400 vessels of diverse types and levels of sophistication.
SINO-SINGAPORE TIANJIN ECO-CITY
Keppel leads the Singapore consortium in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, a landmark
bilateral project between Singapore and China.
Tianjin Eco-City is envisioned to create a socially harmonious, environmentally friendly and
resource-efficient community. To be developed over 10 to 15 years, Tianjin Eco-City will be a
model for sustainable developments for China and the rest of the world on how urbanisation
challenges can be tackled by integrating eco-solutions with meticulous masterplanning.
Keppel Land is the project manager for the Keppel Group's 36.6-ha site located in the SUA.
Phase 1 of the residential development, Seasons Park, which comprises 1,672 homes, was
launched in 2010 while the commercial development, Seasons City, will comprise three office
towers, retail premises and serviced apartments.
KIE has also formed a joint venture to pursue building, owning and operating a water
reclamation plant in Tianjin Eco-City.
In 2010, Keppel DHCS made its first foray into China to provide district heating and cooling
system services for the Eco-Business Park of the Tianjin Eco-City. The results offer tenants a
more cost-effective, space-saving and greener choice for commercial heating and cooling.
Keppel T&T is also developing a green integrated logistics distribution centre in the city, which it
will also operate.
