Afternoon brokerage session – limited to participants intending to submit a
project proposal and those who express their interest in participating in the
development of the proposed project ideas at the brokerage event

Organisation of two series of discussion tables with a coffee
break in-between

Owners of relevant solutions from the Stakeholder
Platform participate in selected discussion tables, to
facilitate match-making

Experts from the European Commission are available
during the sessions for feedback to pressing questions
and on the direction of individual project proposals

Stakeholders will be asked to provide detail of their
expertise and the project they are interested to
lead/participate in

Those who would only like to register for the morning information session:
Deadline for registrations is the 11th of December.
Those who would like to register for the afternoon brokerage session, during which project
proposals will be discussed and developed:
1. Stage one: Deadline for registering for the event, as a prospective project leader or as a
project partner, is Monday the 2nd of December.
2. Second stage: those who have registered for the afternoon brokerage event and have listed
their project idea, will be contacted by the event organiser by the 4th of December. The
collected project ideas will be listed according to the themes by the event organiser and
round-tables will be organised. Registered participants will be contacted and they will be
allocated to specific round-tables by the 11th of December.
Spaces are limited - we encourage you to register as soon as possible!
