Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Develop compliance measures and targets in an aviation environment. Evidence requirements 1.1 Compliance measures and targets are developed that are valid, reliable, sufficient, and time and cost effective. 1.2 Realistic measures and targets are developed underpinned by current aviation compliance information. Evidence requirements 2.1 Data to determine the extent of compliance is collated and examined in accordance with industry standards and texts. 2.2 Compliance data is analysed in terms of its validity and unbiased conclusions are made which are supported by evidence. 2.3 Compliance data is interpreted in terms of is validity and reliability over time, and outcomes are recorded in accordance with industry standards and texts. 2.4 Compliance outcomes are reported in accordance with organisational requirements as detailed in industry standards and texts. 2.5 Compliance outcomes reports are focussed on findings, causes, and recommended actions in accordance with industry standards and texts. Outcome 3 Review procedures and guidelines to improve compliance in an aviation environment. Evidence requirements 3.1 A variety of sources of information representing the breadth of possible stakeholders is drawn on to ensure review is comprehensive in accordance with industry standards and texts. 3.2 Possible reasons for not meeting targets or performance indicators are identified and recommendations are made to improve long-term voluntary compliance in accordance with industry standards and texts. 3.3 Adjustments of strategies and plans are made to address review recommendations in accordance with government policy requirements and resource constraints. Industry Training Organisations must be granted consent to assess against standards by NZQA before they can register credits from assessment against unit standards. Providers and Industry Training Organisations, which have been granted consent and which are assessing against unit standards must engage with the moderation system that applies to those standards.
